Road Trip Tips and Activities

.

Hi Reader,

I hope your week is going well so far!

Road trip season appears to be in full swing from what I can see in a lot of the parenting Facebook groups I'm part of, so I thought I'd share my road trip resources in case you have one coming up!

I go more into it in the first blog post below, but for longer trips, we have our kids listen to kid-friendly podcasts that not only help them stay occupied and less distracting to us from the back seat, but also teach them things they're interested in! Their favorites are BrainsOn!, But Why, and Wild Interest.

Prefer to shop on Etsy since you already have an account there? You can still use Newsletter20 for an extra 20% off everything in my shop!

I'm also on Teachers Pay Teachers! Unfortunately, they don't have universal coupon codes (yet!), and only allow things related to teaching, but a LOT of my products are over there if you'd prefer to shop on TPT.

. Hi Reader, I hope your week is going well so far! Typically, for Prime Day(s), I would spend 8+ hours updating my 9 Prime Day posts the first day, then several hours on subsequent days, and email you about it. Though I am excited that a few things I really like are on sale, including our favorite adjustable basketball hoop you can...

. Hi Reader, I hope you're doing well. Sorry I've been absent the past couple of weeks. Granted, I'm guessing no one notices when I don't email weekly, I'm not that important, but in case you do - I apologize. Turns out, due in part to the passing of my mother in April, I'm currently in an autoimmune flare. My symptoms are significantly worse than usual, I've had a lot of medical appointments, and I'm trying to get back to baseline. Some of what that entails is reducing stress, letting things...
